Golars provides Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) facilitation services for the construction and LEED application and documentation phases of LEED development projects. Our LEED certified professionals work closely with the client’s architects and engineers conducting site development and building design to plan for the maximization of construction-phase LEED credits.

Golars conducts planning, monitoring and documentation of construction-phase LEED credit activities, then uploads the documentation to the USGBC website to ensure compliance and maximize the potential for extra credits.
